Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to validate automated exceptions based on your review and provide appropriate recommendations on findings.
• Perform credit and compliance review and testing on closed mortgage loan files.

Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently (self-motivated). Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience performing post-closing mortgage reviews is a strong plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of underwriting residential mortgage loans.
• Experience with complex income analysis (self-employment & REO) is required.
• AUS & Jumbo loan experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage due diligence underwriting experience preferred.
