Job Description:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will have a key role in our marketing tech stack, ensuring that our digital marketing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with a high degree of data sophistication.
Job Responsibilities:
- In this role you’ll be working on Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Data Management Platform (DMP) to ensure we have the right breadth and depth of data, data quality, models, attributes, and segments for our digital marketing campaigns. You will also ensure our Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) solution, Neustar, is delivering high quality insights and performance data across the digital marketing team. You will be our multi-touch attribution champion, ensuring we maximise the value from this platform. As part of our Marketing Ops team, you will also work with other parts of our MarTech stack, including our adserver, bid management tools, data visualisation platforms, analytics, and personalisation solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Strong prior operational experience of a DMP or CDP, preferably Adobe Audience Manager and/or Tealium Audience Stream
- Strong experience in delivering models and segments based on first party data for activation via personalisation or paid marketing
- Strong experience working with marketing or customer databases, and intermediate or advanced knowledge of SQL and Python
- Strong prior operational experience of Multi Touch Attribution (MTA) solutions, preferably Neustar
