Job Responsibilities:

• Special projects as needed
• Assist with or perform the monitoring of incoming email requests
• Perform research to respond to internal or external requests for information
• Independent analysis and interpretation of attorney prepared loan documentation
• Research/process complex loans
• Perform data input needed to either load or correct loan information on the appropriate applications

Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and superior customer service skills/attitude
• Working knowledge of builder finance loan documentation and associated data input on a sophisticated, commercial loan application
• 2 years of treasury operations
• Knowledge of general banking products and services
• Must be able to interface with top level management and handle confidential information with discretion
• Minimum of 4 years loan operations experience, with at least 2 years of residential builder finance operations experience
• Proficient knowledge of PC/Internet (Microsoft Office) required
• Prior experience with AFS and TCL applications strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized and detail oriented to handle heavy workload. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and manage interruptions in a very fast-paced environment
• Banking experience can include bank loan administrative assistant or loan operations background
