Job Description:
Tesco Ireland are currently seeking to recruit a Reward and Benefits Partner in our People Team. This 11 month fixed term contract is a really exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and dynamic People Team. This role will help drive the Reward and Benefit related activities to drive our initiatives and maintain Tesco as an employer of choice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the annual benefit renewal programme.
- Participate in the administration and preparation of the compensation processes and initiatives.
- Strong analytical attention to detail to support the design and develop metrics and analytics to enhance reporting and inform decision making across Reward and Benefits.
- Collaboration with key partners within the business and develop relationships the wider People Team, Finance and Internal Communication Teams.
- Support the administration of our annual compensation processes including reviews, benchmarking, end of year pay cycle and bonus plans.
- Drive data collation capturing key market trends in a simple, timely and accurate way that is appropriate to the audience.
- Identify improvement opportunities and suggesting process changes to drive efficiency.
- Providing relevant and credible information from internal and external data sources to support Reward & Benefit projects, initiatives and policy development.
- Maintain Reward & Benefits information and data; working with relevant teams to ensure the integrity of data sources in a timely manner.
- Participate in salary surveys with external survey providers.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking are key for this role.
- Pro-active and demonstrable experience of using initiative.
- Preferred 2 -3 years of professional experience with a strong track record for delivering accurately and on time.
- Strong communication and ability to build strong relationship to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (both internal & external) across varying businesses.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong HR systems, understanding of Reward and Benefit processes.
- Highly organised and capable of managing conflicting priorities & deadlines.
- A can-do attitude, high integrity and focus on delivery is very important to this role.
- Ability to work in a multi-project environment and support multiple internal customers
