This Client Sales Executive (CSE) will manage a territory of approximately 135 existing Concur customers across Canada. The CSE works in close partnership with their Client Success partner to provide an unparalleled customer experience. The focus of the CSE is on revenue growth of their customer base. The CSE is a member of a high performing, fast moving team of client sales professionals tasked with achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. This role is home-office based with occasional requirements to work from the SAP Toronto office location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Account Growth: Growing your accounts requires strong communication using advanced speech and listening skills to influence others and gain support. You will determine the complexity of the sales cycle to establish whether to utilize complex or transactional sales strategies, tactics and partner support requirements. You will confidently convey a sense of urgency where necessary and drive issues to closure.
  • Participate in the client sales process and team culture: The Client Sales team utilizes a clear sales process designed to create predictable outcomes and tangible results. Through this process you will manage a healthy pipeline while accurately forecasting committed revenue attainment. Our team shares a relentless commitment to win while celebrating each others success.
  • Problem Hunting: Products do not get prioritized, problems do! Our approach to building pipeline is through problem-based analysis of our customers spend management process/system. This is achieved through building direct relationships with C-Level individuals within your client base and identifying problems that can be solved with SAP Concur products and services. You will effectively manage territory outreach and multiple campaigns simultaneously to achieve your pipeline requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent PC and Internet skills, including experience using Microsoft Office Suite, sales force automation tools and web presentation applications (MS Teams, Zoom)

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience with an emphasis on selling into existing clients
