Job Description:
Responsible for Marketing strategy development for Ricoh Americas for specifically assigned Channel and/or line of business. Responsible for planning, organizing, deploying and executing on sales and marketing tools, programs and go to market strategies to generate new prospects and advance existing revenue through field and customer facing activities. Leads the connection between marketing and sales teams and assists in development and execution of regional and local marketing plans and programs including both inbound and outbound tactics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing strategy resources to continually improve ROI using data and insights.
- Track success by monitoring CRM tool, product-specific and business unit financial results, and customer renewal rates.
- Manage partnerships with segment trade organizations to develop and co-sponsor marketing programs.
- Deploys and executes against established strategy with sales leaders and sales teams.
- Partners with the Marketing Communications team in the creation of sales collaterals, marketing support materials, press releases and other customer & field related communications with the goal of positioning RUS as a leader in the industry.
- Develops channel/line of business strategy in collaboration with key Stakeholders
- Influence event strategies for multiple industry events including partner preparation and participation.
- Interact with customers on faceboook, reddit, twitter, blogs, and youtube.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years in a marketing or sales role is required.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in product and solution sales and/or support is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and solutions is required.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Ability to utilize standard software applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
