Job Description:

In Partnerships and Open Experience (OX), we bring the bank’s strategy to life by designing, developing and launching new innovative value propositions working in collaboration with our colleagues across the bank and our global partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing strategic partnerships, including identifying and shortlisting potential partnerships, working with our design and
• delivery teams and leading commercial negotiations, that offer value for the bank and our customers, as well as deliver on our bank’s purpose
  Working closely with teams across the bank to identify and understand prioritised focus areas for exploration to deliver on our strategy
• Undertaking ongoing strategic review of individual partnerships; defining and delivering short, medium and long term goals
• Working closely with one or more of our strategic partners to drive mutually valuable relationships
• Exploring and validating opportunity areas and co-creating with partners to develop solutions to meet customer needs

Job Requirements:

• Experience delivering significant partnerships as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills, with the ability to shape, nurture and maintain internal and external partnership relationships
• A good understanding of our strategy and a broad understanding of financial services
• An awareness of innovation and trends outside the bank
• A good understanding of customer behaviour
• Proven experience in initiating and managing commercial negotiations and taking concepts forward to successful business deals
