Job Responsibilities:
- Manages scheduling internally and externally, planning, execution, production, breakdown, and reporting of events and activations
- Supports supervisor in identifying, developing, and managing community relationships with philanthropic organizations, social groups, and corporate partnerships
- Achieves overall store Client Development objectives and selling KPIs in collaboration with Client Development
- Supports development of detailed action plans for events applicable to stores and supports event execution in partnership with Selling Managers, Group Managers,
- Corporate Special Events, Client Development, and Senior Store Leadership
- Generates excitement around the NMG Brand by supporting the creation of inviting and compelling activations and events; balances this with a commercial mindset to help events generate both short- and long-term ROIs with clear selling goals and appropriate Associate follow-up
- Builds engaging and compelling social media content for store in partnership with Market / Metro leadership and Brand Experience Manager
- Creates collateral for invitations, letters, social media assets, and Sales Associate e mails in support of the Client Development Manager and Brand Experience Manager
Job Requirements:
- Experience presenting at the executive level
- “Win together” mentality
- Basic proficiency with social media
- Motivated and results-driven
- 4-year degree preferred
- Experience with InDesign preferred
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word
- Strong attention to detail
- 2-4 years of relevant experience (e.g., events, customer service)
