The clue’s in the name, this role is all about standards, bringing impeccable eye for detail and ensuring the Liberty brand is front and centre in store. This role will work along side the retail teams to elevate each department, keeping the Liberty vision alive, even at the busiest of times! A strong commercial awareness and self-motivation are crucial within this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all product is immaculately presented; supported by relevant visuals props and graphics
  • Acts as a role model for effective team working across functions
  • Ensures departments are presented in line with VM standards pack
  • To provide constructive feedback from the Flagship sales teams into the Liberty brand team
  • Able to take corrective action to improve standards
  • To ensure all sales associates receive training on standards expectations relevant to their divisions.
  • To ensure that the entire Flagship sales team are fully conversant with the retail standards vision
  • Supports sales team to achieve VM standards
