The purpose of this role is to oversee the implementation of controls associated with Conduct Risk, Retail Banking Sales Quality and Wealth Management Sales Quality, regionally across 15 countries in Asia Pacific.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the countries in rolling out process enhancements associated with both SQ and Conduct.
• Act as a subject matter expert of Conduct and the SQ minimum standards, advising countries on the existing requirements and highlighting issues for escalation when required.
• Contribute to the maintenance and reinforcement of the SQ (Sales Quality) and Conduct frameworks, ensuring it is followed by Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) across ASP.
• Support the timely production of management information at both country and regional level.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of risk regulatory requirement, RBWM product knowledge and sales process would be preferred, but not mandatory.
• Attention to detail, with ability to deliver good quality output within a tight timeframe.
• Well-organized, passionate and highly responsible.
• Ability to communicate and deal with complex issues.
• Knowledge on risk roles such as audit experience/risk management would be preferred, but not mandatory.
• Bachelor degree in banking, finance, accountancy or in related field. Relevant advanced degree or professional qualification is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills, preferably with previous experience on data analytics.
