Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account growth strategies for key national accounts
- Manage and lead technical sales and support team across the US
- Revenue growth for national accounts business
- Build key customer relationships with business leaders
- Lead new business initiatives, products, or solutions to market through the sales channel
- Work strategically to understand customer’s businesses, providing key insights, helping them to develop market differentiators and attract new business
- Coordinate sales support across multiple regional sales teams for key accounts
- Articulate and deliver differentiated value propositions
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of business-to-business sales experience with a technical solution
- Minimum of 5 years of quota carrying sales experience
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Consistent track record of driving results with key accounts
- Master’s Degree – MBA / MS a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
- Ability to influence at varying levels across organizations, internally and externally
- Experience in building automation, HVAC, or construction preferred
- Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and resilient analytical thinkers
