Georgia-Pacific is searching for an HVAC Project Engineer for the Green Bay Operations Engineering Team. This position is responsible for managing HVAC capital projects, overseeing the repair and upgrades to HVAC systems, and working with the operations group to support an efficient operation. Job Responsibilities:

• Leading projects that restore, maintain, and improve operations
• Providing direct plant support in troubleshooting, asset strategies, project development and execution for HVAC items
• Work in an industrial manufacturing plant environment, including extended periods of time in noisy, hot, dusty, non-air conditioned or unheated areas
• Supporting and developing plant asset owners through mentorship, operating procedures, best practices, and Knowledge Shares
• Developing and applying strategies to optimize on-going HVAC units/systems with automation and innovative technologies
• Develop, manage, and execute HVAC projects

Job Requirements:

• Three (3) or more years of HVAC engineering
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools in the following manner: Excel – (sorting data, creating tables and creating graphs); Outlook – (scheduling tasks, calendar invitations and general professional correspondence); Word – (document creation/editing)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
• Experience managing projects
