Job Description:

The Digital Specialist provides sales support for the Cash Management products the Bank offers. Those in the position are tasked with mastering all digital banking platforms – Personal Online Banking, Corporate Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, and Automated Clearing House.

Job Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Digital Specialist are client acquisition, onboarding and retention. Digital Specialists will partner closely with local Relationship Management and Preferred Banking teams, filling the role of subject matter expert on the banks technology products. The Digital Specialist learns the prospective client’s needs and tailors digital solutions based on what will serve the client best. When new clients decide to bank with First Republic, the Digital Specialist will work closely with that individual or business to help facilitate a seamless transition, providing training and a direct line of support. Digital Specialists will also work with existing clients, identifying banking needs and marketing solutions to them that will ensure a richer banking experience. Through proactive engagement, the Digital Specialist works to ensure the company delivers the same extraordinary service through the digital channels as our clients expect face-to-face.

Job Requirements:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time in your local market to visit bank offices / clients.
• Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.
• Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
• Candidate must exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills, who excels in a team
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills required.
• Must be able to travel as position requires.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years high touch client service and/or teaching experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Finance or Business Administration majors preferred.
• Banking and/or Digital experience preferred.
