Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in business development and presentation of proposal activities.
• Provide project status reporting, metrics, billing, and client progress reports.
• Manage large, multi-phase projects, communicate with and manage client expectations, build the project team, and manage scope, risk, budget, and timeline activities.
• Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
• Identify key client risks and opportunities, determine client needs utilizing standard assessment techniques and tools, use innovative approaches to evaluate and validate needs, analyze and develop recommendations for the client in the context of the engagement.
• Provide high-level technology assessments, planning, recommendations, and project management with a focus on developing and achieving client goals and objectives.
• Ensure engagements are clearly documented.

Job Requirements:

• Experience assessing and improving business processes, systems, and associated technologies.
• Program/Project/Workstream management experience in an on-shore/off-shore model working with clients and third-party vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading Agile projects, on-premise/hosted technology transformation programs, legacy migration, and Life Insurance IT vendor package implementation projects.
• Insurance industry (preferably life & annuities, group benefits, individual life, or retirement services) experience.
• Some experience or exposure to one or more of the following: application servers, database, development tools, middleware and integration technologies.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of consulting experiencing working on a strategy, transformation, or solution delivery project with diverse teams and roles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills including executive presentation skills.
