Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing business and financial performance reporting and analysis for Residential Solutions. This position will also support the execution of our projects and initiatives by developing, refining, and communicating business requirements, process maps, wireframes, and testing IT developments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Illustrates requirements through professional and easy to understand formats for various audiences.
  • Translates business requirements into modifications to the existing relationship diagrams, tables, user interfaces, and reports.
  • Utilizes experience to automate manual processes using SharePoint, SSRS, Excel, and/or Access.
  • Assists in creation of the annual operating plan (AOP), annual budget, and 5-year forecast.
  • Works with Senior Business Analyst to create comprehensive business requirements to achieve project scope by probing business owners with insightful inquiries to develop as-is and to-be process flows, gap analysis, detailed GUI mock ups and descriptions of user needs.
  • Designs solutions that are customer centric, intuitive and efficient for end users and customers.
  • Prioritizes requirements to ensure maximum business value accounting for all aspects of the business needs.
  • Develops reports that communicate the department’s business and financial performance.
  • Assists Senior Business Analyst in communicating requirements to internal and external Architects, Developers and Business Analysts for developing new processes, user interfaces, and products.
  • Serves as change agent during implementation of new systems and processes and develops Standard Operating Procedures accordingly.
  • Works with cross-functional project teams to design, document, and implement new lines of business or system enhancements from ideation to launch.
  • Analyzes financial performance by reviewing the accuracy of financial reports, accruals, and projections.
  • Develops and maintains productive business relationship with the internal and external partners to execute project.

Job Requirements:

  • Comfortable with performing financial analysis and understanding financial terms and concepts.
  • In addition to required degree, 1 plus year(s) related work experience
  • Familiarity with testing processes using Report Manager, Soap UI, ETL and OLAP a plus.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities and ensure successful completion of all projects and requests.
  • Experienced in creating business requirements, process flows, and wireframes.
  • In addition to desired degree, 3 plus years’ related work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products; including Visio, SharePoint, Excel, and Access.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
