Job Description:

The Communications Assistant will report directly into the Communications Executive and PR & Influencer Manager. This is an intrinsic role in our developing communications team and an opportunity for the successful candidate to support the team on delivering exciting influencer and media campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Report direct to Communications Exec and PR &Influencer Manager
• Assist with media and influencer events
• Experience in creating reports from either an influencer marketing or PR perspective
• Assist in team admin tasks
• Support on creative mailer ideas
• Sample and delivery management
• Deliver on agreed KPIs
• Influencer outreach help manage the gifting programme
• Contribute ideas and industry trends – all team members ideas are vital
• Support Communications Exec with media call ins

Job Requirements:

• Passion for communications, social media and retail marketing in general
• Experience working with a brand marketing, PR either in-house or agency role at a junior / assistant level would be beneficial
• Flexible, adaptable working style with a ability to learn quickly and multi-task
• An intense interest in fashion and related fields i.e. music / arts / beauty / film and television
• Strong communication skills. The role involves liaising with colleagues and stakeholders both internal and external
• Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Excel is key
• Excellent time management – deadlines are critical and attention to detail
• Understanding of Adobe, InDesign and Photoshop beneficial but not essential
