Job Responsibilities:

• Implementing and upholding safety and security procedures. Following release procedures on tyre installations to authorise auto release
• Managing department personnel, including observing performance and paperwork
• Developing and implementing sales and merchandising plan for the department
• Participating in sales, approving product refunds and register overrides.
• Reviewing department sales and productivity figures
• Providing and ensuring prompt and courteous member service.
• Coordinating proper maintenance and repairs for machinery, equipment and implements

Job Requirements:

• Full clean driving licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Management experience is preferred
• Tyre product knowledge
• Service oriented approach – experienced in ‘going the extra mile’
• Familiarity of working in a fast paced environment
