Job Description: As a part of the Global Marketing organization this role sits within the Experiential Events and Sponsorship team. The successful candidate will provide support to the team which works to elevate Cognizant brand awareness and market share by leveraging our sponsorship portfolio. Job Responsibilities: Maintain Cvent and Salesforce tracking of client invitation responses Work virtually with teams across the globe Creation of event campaigns within Salesforce liaising with the helpdesk team Support with invoice processing Manage client invitation process via Cvent and Salesforce Manage and ensure adherence to the Experiential events compliance process, liaising with the Ethics and Compliance team and other key internal stakeholders to ensure process is set-up, followed and completed for each activation Prepare regular reports and updates via Salesforce Programme communications support, including drafting and/or proof reading and sending internal and external event communications i.e. invitations, joining instructions Maintain Experiential events inbox, responding to queries Support creation of presentations which articulate event opportunities, updates and evaluation Support Experiential team managers across variety of event and sponsorship executions globally Job Requirements: Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment across a matrixed global organizational structure Ability to use good judgement when developing creative and resourceful solutions to ensure stakeholder’s needs are met Strong communication and presentation skills Confidence in responding to questions and requests from senior executives and clients 2+ years of experience in event planning and project management, ideally in a B2B environment Strong knowledge of the events industry, innovation, and event technologies Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated Experience of executing multiple events in simultaneously or in close succession Proficient in Cvent and Salesforce (or similar) and Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Job Details: Company: Cognizant Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Alexandria, VA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.net
