Job Description:

The XVA Business Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between the Business and technologists to understand the requirements and translate and coordinate with the Technology team into a working solution. Job Responsibilities:

• Team is growing therefore avid interest on the growth of the team and own leadership skills
  Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Develop communication to guide, influence and convince others, including colleagues in other areas and external customers
• Working with the XVA Trading Businesses to deliver large-scale projects
• Contribute to the strategies/processes for Product Road map and governance for delivery
• Lead on the documentation for the projects, such as internal reporting, functional specs and challenge and review business requirements documents
• Managing relationships with Risk, Finance, CVA Trading Desk, Quants, other technology teams
• Working within Agile framework, including setting up Jira structure to monitor and track remediation items
• Driving the change from the requirements perspective, including prioritization, scoping, preparing the requirements and providing an input for the Project Management activities
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of financial markets. Understanding of Markets Risk technology including Credit Risk, Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required. Masters is preferred.
• Experience of working with global diverse teams
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using
• Excel for data analysis
• Experience of working on XVA projects is preferred
• Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
• Basic programming skills in Python is preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in financial services firm
• Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
