The Solutions Fraud Risk Officer is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with key stakeholders with in the Fraud Risk Organization & business teams to develop business requirements, impacts and follow ups
  • Represents or facilitates calls for Fraud Risk Solutions on project meetings as needed
  • Supports changes needed for Fraud Trends, Issue Defects, and items that need creative solutioning
  • Responsible for managing the JIRA Kanban tool in an administrative function for the Fraud Prevention Organization
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling fraud impacts & requirements, drafting project request needs, coordinating project deliverables, and providing status updates on initiatives. .
  • Supports the team with annual prioritization needs, completing appropriate business cases and prioritization process
  • Responsible for supporting the end to end fraud risk assessment process across Citi Branded Cards and Citi Retail Services.

Job Requirements:

  • Microsoft Access development and SharePoint administration a plus
  • Credit Card experience preferred; Risk/Fraud Management Experience; Experience
  • managing card processing conversions
  • Exposure managing projects with external vendors and clients
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
  • JIRA Development & Testing Knowledge & Experience preferred
  • Experience working with technology teams, as well as external vendors
  • 5+ years Project Management experience and exposure to Financial Services industry
  • Change & Issue Management experience preferred
  • Agile methodology exposure and knowledge is preferred
