Cigna Job Openings – Digital Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead analytics project delivery, from requirements gathering and creation of agile stories, through design, coding, business acceptance testing and delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders in support of reporting and analysis.
• Manage and provide support to stakeholders while maintaining communications across all teams and multiple business partners
• Develop Analytics tagging requirements.
• Create executive dashboards and operational scorecards utilizing multiple analytics tools: Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau
• Deep dive on digital analytics data to support one off and ongoing requirements.
• Exercise considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.
• Enable and extend self-service functionality of the Cigna Digital Data Warehouse and analytical tools.
• Provide expert content/professional leadership on complex Data Measurement & Reporting assignments/projects.

Job Requirements:

• Adobe Analytics toolset – Workspace, Data Warehouse, Live Stream
• Experience with standard clickstream analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Google Analytics
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Hive, Spark, Python and other tools which allow analysis and enable queries on large datasets in Hadoop and AWS
• Expert experience with SQL for querying and reporting against large scale data sets
• 5+ years of data analytics / business analytics experience
