Job Description:

BDC is looking for a Project Control Officer (PCO) to support the EPMO department. In this role, the Officer will monitor and coordinate all project plans by determining potential budget, resource, timing and workload issues with project managers. Job Responsibilities:

• To maximize resource allocation and with a view to managing capacity, create, update and maintain a global plan with the participation of all team leads and project managers so that management has an overview of all projects in progress;
• Monitor and coordinate all project plans while taking the initiative to determine clear conflicts in each plan to find a solution;
• Verify any unforeseen deviation with project managers by making sure that the justification is duly documented in accordance with project management methodology;
• Assist the project manager in creating, updating, tracking and monitoring the project plan (including, resource and project requirements, deliverables, quality measures, standard processes, milestones, and project costs), as well as maintaining and following up on issues/risks/project scope on appropriate logs
• Check that interdependencies within and between schedules are correctly established, and monitor WIP units and tasks;
• Coordinate report production so as to monitor and foresee all project expenses (invoice management);
• Make sure the administrative and logistical part is consistent for all progress meetings, project launches and closures.

Job Requirements:

• Have you unlocked all the secrets of Excel?
• Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or computer science, combined with a certification in project management?
• Do you have five years’ experience in a similar role?
