Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and work in partnership with our payroll team to ensure the relevant documentation is captured for new starters and leavers monthly, completing checks and validations in line with critical payroll deadlines
- Ensure that month end system changes are made in a timely manner to ensure other processes run to required deadline
- Manage external reference requests e.g., mortgages, new employment, tenancy
- Manage and record all absences, providing policy advice to ASOSers who are looking to explore Family Friendly policies and processing Company Sick Pay, SSP & AWOL accurately
- Be customer-centric in how you respond to our ASOSers queries, applying the relevant process and/or policy to reach accurate and timely resolutions
- Liaise with PX Systems to manage any new requests or changes to automated processes, ensuring that all changes are made in line with relevant controls
- Ad-hoc reporting as requested by PX Partners, PX Teams and other stakeholders
- Responsible for working with the PX Advisor and PX Partners to ensure the on-going accuracy and maintenance of standard letters and contracts at all times
- Work in partnership with the PX Partnering team and Centres of Excellence, providing feedback on trends, insights and escalations on a regular basis ensuring the relevant teams are notified every step of the way
- Manage and track new starters and leavers, taking full ownership of these processes ensuring all compliance checks are completed, including right to works, contracts, discount codes maintained and accurate audit trails kept for payroll purposes
- Always ensure the on-going accuracy and maintenance of HRIS data.
- Manage and effectively respond to queries from our ASOSers in relation to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, prioritising urgent queries as they are received into our centralised PX Hub inbox
- Create and maintain accurate employee files, ensuring we are compliant with GDPR principles
- Maintain accurate employee records and action transactional requests on our HR System (Workday) from our PX teams
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong time management, highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively, flexing to the needs of the business
- Proven IT experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Methodical, accurate and organised with a strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a problem solving, initiative driven approach to HR Administration
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills to provide first-class customer service
- Previous HR administration experience (desirable), delivering excellent customer service whilst managing a number of conflicting priorities
- Driven and motivated professional with a genuine passion for promoting positive team spirit and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- A whizz at keeping information confidential and 100% discreet
- Being professional, polite and resilient at all times
- Aptitude for numbers, data input, absorbing lots of information, willing to learn a lot and take on responsibility
