Job Description:

As Fulfilment Delivery Driver, you are the face of Argos during the delivery, fulfilling customer orders on time, in full with a friendly manner. With a strong working knowledge of the whole fulfilment offer you will ensure our operational standards, process and safety requirements are met consistently as you provide a great customer experience on the doorstep.

Job Responsibilities:

• Completion of daily and weekly vehicle checks, complying with all relevant Health & Safety and Due Diligence needs
• Ensuring that the vehicles are kept in a clean, safe and legally compliant at all times.
• Reporting any issues or damage to vehicles or storage solutions to your RFC Management team. Including any incidents that occur on the road, to enable a full investigation
• Ensure payment of fines or endorsements are on time
• Strive to deliver all items within an agreed timescale and measure, ensuring all damaged stock is kept to a minimum and within target, accurately completing ePOD instructions, taking responsible for the safety and security of the vehicle and goods at all times
• Ensure that every customer has a positive and enjoyable shopping experience on the doorstep

Job Requirements:

• Have had a full UK / EU / EEA driving Licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Minimum of one years driving experience within a 30 mile radius of the RFC.
• Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience.
