Adobe Systems Careers – Associate Creative Director

Job Description:

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director of copy to create content for new audiences on Adobe.com. As part of a vibrant in-house studio, you’ll ensure specific goals of communications are realized while telling the Adobe story with our unique brand personality. You’ll play a vital role in transforming messaging into stylish, economical copy that promotes engagement and drives acquisition and retention of Adobe’s Digital Media products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains close collaboration with senior-level teammates and cross-functional partners to drive positive process and creative outcomes
• Ensures SEO strategies and tactics are transformed into crisp, engaging, and performant copy
• Reviews, critiques, and guides the work of other copywriters
• Directs agency partners on Adobe’s brand guidelines, voice, tone, and style
• Demonstrates significant experience within a segment or field (Photo/Video/Design/SEO/etc.)
• Partners with Associate and Creative Directors (Design) to make sure imagery and words work beautifully together
• Seeks out ways to develop, create, and promote new initiatives
• Collaborates on and incorporates high-level, cross-domain copy standards and campaigns
• Plays a central role within the team as a driver for content strategy, copy development, and general excellence
• Creates content for testing and optimization to inform strategy and creative solutions that achieve Adobe.com’s key performance goals.
• Directs copy creation for web, mobile, brand development, and related media

Job Requirements:

• Ability to present, defend, and discuss verbal and visual ideas with fluency and confidence
• Open, positive attitude
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
• A drive to create inspiring, thoughtful, precisely crafted work
• Expertise with Adobe’s Creative Cloud products
• 6+ years copywriting experience as part of an agency or in-house team
• Passion for effective collaboration
