Job Description:

Team is looking for a Senior Product Manager with Finance understanding who will be responsible for analysing & building roadmap for Finance Modernization and Digital Transformation initiative of Walmart. Data of the Walmart’s heterogenous systems needs to be consolidated and transformed for supporting all the Finance functions of Walmart across the globe. This team would be building a cloud-based data service platform to cater to the Finance data requirements for all internal and external applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will develop and champion a product vision, product strategy and product roadmap for multiple business functions with EBS.
• You will use market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
• You will work with multiple functions to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions, derive and monitor key product KPI’s, working across time zones and traveling to build customer closeness and stakeholder relationships. You will present and clearly articulate product strategy to company leadership. You will prioritize, design and implement projects and enhancements You will leverage data to make more informed product decisions. You will work closely with Marketing, the Business and A/B testing teams to launch products and ensure their adoption.

Job Requirements:

• Well versed in design and development of highly -scalable applications and platform development in product-based companies or R&D divisions.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly, willingness to learn new and emerging technologies
• Awareness of Agile (Scrum) methodologies
• Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
• Product leadership in design, implementation and support of technology services that are highly reliable, flexible, and scalable
• Strong track record on working as a product manager to build and deliver multiple enterprise solutions for multiple markets
• Good communication and interpersonal
• Bachelor’s / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management
• 6+ years of product experience, preferably in the Finance/ retail / ecommerce industry.
• Hands on development skills to prototype technical solutions.
