Job Description:

Own the delivery of end to end talent acquisition for one or two horizontals/segments, working closely with the leadership & hiring managers to drive seamless delivery while maintaining/exceeding KRA’s.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive key TA programs under guidance from TA leadership, understand & meet/exceed success measures
• Influence hiring managers to make right hiring decisions
• Build working relationship stakeholders to drive results
• Demonstrate operational expertise to drive recruiting delivery across one or two businesses

Job Requirements:

• Prior people management experience is a plus
• Planning & problem-solving skills
• Graduate with 10+ years of experience in Human Resources domain with expertise in driving talent acquisition delivery
• Ability to drive full cycle recruiting for one or two business units
