Job Description:
The Product Owner is accountable for the strategy and successful delivery of all Digital CLM (DCLM) activities and initiatives, which will improve campaign conversion rates on the Vodafone websites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the end-to end optimisation process from insight and analysis to implementing the improvements.
- Demonstrate the ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-explain presentations, that can be understood by stakeholders at all levels.
- Leading the DCLM ring-fenced team.
- Support and work closely with the DCLM Iteration Manager on team up-skilling and training initiatives.
- Ensure that while CLM digital initiatives are delivered in line with business requirements and drive commercial outcomes, contribute to operational efficiency and overall customer experience improvements.
- Senior management engagement on DCLM strategy, test related decisions and pitching tests ideas.
- Put a clear focus on commercial ROI with understanding of choices a user makes through the journey and where and why they choose to leave the sales process.
- Implementing and overseeing a streamlined engagement process for CLM Digital initiatives with the aim of reducing waste, creating visibility and ensuring triangulation with interfacing digital teams (e.g. Digital Technology and UXD).
- Leading the strategy of the DCLM program by clearly defining the DCLM maturity, roadmap and focus areas for the DCLM ring-fenced team which are aligned to the business KPI’s.
- Promotes and evangelises DCLM across the business to create visibility and understanding.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to track and interpret basic analytics in order to identify opportunities to increase customer engagement, penetration and conversion.
- Creative, flexible, self- motivated and energetic with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify opportunities to optimise the journeys to increase conversion and improve customer experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing to peers and management.
- Experience and understanding of the analytics platforms e.g. Adobe Analytics. Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong digital experience across all digital channels including web, mobile, email, video and social media, as well as experience in merchandising on ecommerce websites.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms eg. Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.
- Ability to deliver a holistic view of customer experience and editorial voice through diverse digital environments.
- 5+ years digital marketing, operations and CRO experience with a strong test & learn focus
- Solid understanding of digital marketing solutions and channels, the production process and the technologies that underpin these solutions.
