Job Description:

We are looking for an innovative, experienced Senior Scrum Master to support our growing engineering and product teams. Excellent candidates will be collaborative, continually improving and work well in a vibrant workplace. The role will require both servant and direct leadership for 2-3 scrum teams and help support our agile development process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must have situational awareness and intuition with an understanding of when to listen and when to be assertive
• Direct leadership mentality – sometimes a decision needs to be made to reach a specific outcome
• Creative, flexible, and willing to continuously change, evolve, and improve software development processes
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices
• Not afraid to question existing processes and provide ideas for improvement
• Strong independent leadership skills with the ability to lead a large team with minimal oversight including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a results-oriented, fast-paced dynamic environment
• Provide clear, concise direction to the broader team while delivering comprehensive status to senior executives, project champions and portfolio management

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with SDLC (Software Delivery Lifecycle)
• Three or more years of experience in Agile technology delivery
• ​Professional experience in the financial services industry
• Three or more years of experience as a Scrum Master ​
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years as a scrum master, project manager, developer, tester, or business analyst with at least a solid understanding of technical concepts
• Five or more years of experience in Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) teams
• 3+ years of hands on experience with agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
