Job Description:

The role is part of the Finance Excellence team, which is the heartbeat of performance management in UniOps. Key to driving performance management and unlocking operation efficiencies within the organisation. The Finance Analyst role is in place to provide the critical support to the key processes within the Finance team, of forecasting and budgeting. In addition to be the key contact with our internal Data & Analytics team as we continue to move forward in our ever-increasing data world

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage UniOps Finance I&A structure and contact for MDM movements.
  • Develop and manage informative performance dashboards to enable relevant stakeholders to review performance in relation to KPIs.
  • Manage the central forecasting/reporting process by reviewing monthly results vs. the forecast and preparing and communicating monthly performance updates to relevant service liens and business journeys
  • Collaborate with the UniOps global teams by providing in depth insights and analytics which lead to dynamic decision making for service lines in relation to driving performance.
  • Lead finance analytics, Cost benchmarking for UniOPs teams to align finance and business stakeholders in delivering.
  • Own the processes and tooling for forecast and actual to ensure financial governance and control.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess experience in finance management or analytical background. Related experience in FMCG or GBS, Business Analytics would be an added advantage.
  • Experience of working in multi-national teams and/or a virtual team environment
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to quickly adopted to changes
  • Strong engagement, presentation, and communication skills
  • Qualification in Data science and analytics would be an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field or an associate member of a professional body
  • Excellent inter-personal, communication and influencing skills
  • Finance & Commercial acumen
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, Excel modelling skills and attention to detail
