Job Description: Responsible for delivery of superior quality teller service to clients while adhering to corporate, regulatory and audit guidelines. Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned. Job Responsibilities: Associates in the group play an integral role in supporting new business development, due diligence, and capital markets and M&A transaction execution. Under limited supervision, Associates perform tasks assigned and managed by senior staff, including drafting internal and external documents and marketing materials, executing transactions, as well as working with clients, attorneys, investors, and/or other senior professionals on a day-to-day basis. Associates may coach and mentor Analysts or Interns. Associates follow all risk-related practices / policies, as well as develop client relationship skills and industry/product/market knowledge. Serving in client relationship management roles, Associates work includes performing due diligence, writing pitch-books, handling transactions related matters, processing documentation, developing marketing materials, performing financial modeling and statistical analysis, etc. An Associate may also assist in scheduling client meetings and starts to build client relationship skills, including having certain client backup relationship responsibilities as needed.
