Job Description:

This person will collaborate with managers and business partners from Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Healthcare Systems (HCS) and Customer Service teams to develop and maintain all customer contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops and communicates analytical information to financial manager/senior staff in an effort to drive business changes and to improve financial position.
• Ensures proper controls for department transactions are implemented and followed to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Reviews and analyses all Pricing reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of the results.
• Develops effective relationships to drive change throughout the organization to improve profits.
• Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.
• Determines required changes needed in policy and procedure to ensure strong margin performance.
• Interprets Pricing results to senior management to ensure understanding and applicability and identifies risks and opportunities to the plans.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and/or SAP (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree required, Analytical major (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience
