Job Description: This person will collaborate with managers and business partners from Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Healthcare Systems (HCS) and Customer Service teams to develop and maintain all customer contracts. Job Responsibilities: Develops and communicates analytical information to financial manager/senior staff in an effort to drive business changes and to improve financial position. Ensures proper controls for department transactions are implemented and followed to ensure accuracy and data integrity. Reviews and analyses all Pricing reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of the results. Develops effective relationships to drive change throughout the organization to improve profits. Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications. Determines required changes needed in policy and procedure to ensure strong margin performance. Interprets Pricing results to senior management to ensure understanding and applicability and identifies risks and opportunities to the plans.
