Job Description: As the Senior Revenue Analyst you will support the development and implementation of pricing initiatives that support the Endoscopy Division’s profitability goals and pricing strategy. Job Responsibilities: Act as a role model to the department and organization for your work ethic, integrity, and team approach. Take the lead building and maintaining high quality Revenue Management reporting and analytics. Build financial models and analytical tools to measure financial performance. Support training and education sessions as needed both within the Revenue Management Team and across the organization as warranted Serve as the pricing contact for Marketing, Strategic Sales, and Finance business partners. Propose, lead, and/or collaborate on analytics projects that are of strategic importance. These may involve analyzing problems and generating hypotheses, developing key performance metrics, in-depth quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing reports and recommendations to support decision-making and strategy development. Generate and submit periodic reports regarding responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Communicate, convey, and visualize informed conclusions and recommendations in a manner to “tell the story” behind the data and influence decisions. Maintain awareness of industry best practices and the ability to advocate for and translate those into pricing practices where appropriate Respond to stakeholder requests for pricing master data, pricing master files, and data cleansing as it relates to pricing. Owner of process improvement projects that will drive efficiency amongst the Endoscopy Pricing, Marketing, and Strategic Sales team. Evaluate and provide analysis of customer information, Stryker sales information, and historical pricing levels to Pricing Manager and Finance, Marketing, and Sales Management. Qualification & Experience: 2+ years experience in one of following disciplines is required: Finance/Accounting, Marketing, Market Research, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management/Forecasting, Sales, or Operations/Planning. Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages, as well as analyze statistical and financial data. Business experience in the medical device or related industry preferred.
