Job Responsibilities:
- Allocating and managing ERG budget
- Work closely with ERG leaders and executive sponsors, providing them the with the necessary support (internal and external) to activate their mission, amplify their voices, and deepen their impact
- Responsible for leading the evolution of ERG from foundational to more defined, integrated, and optimized maturity model including the development and expansion of new ERG’s
- Manage and facilitate internal and external culture-building moments heritage and history month planning, and support during key societal moments
- Develop and deploy resources and tools for ERG’s to maximize impact
- Guiding the development of ERG annual plans and provide day to day advisory support to ensure alignment of ERG initiatives with enterprise DEI strategy
- Lead, document and streamline ERG operations and processes including
- Support leaders in recognizing and supporting the ERG commitments and contributions of those on their team (creating time and space for engagement, recognizing during key performance appraisal moments, and acknowledging ERG engagement as a cross functional leadership development experience)
- Identify and leverage research, thought leadership, best practices and external resources to support the evolution and development of the ERG’s
- Manage the day to day operations of related cyclical programs (mentorship)
Job Requirements:
- Experience working within or in close partnership with HR functions
- Ability to balance personal passion with what’s best for the business and the health of the team
- Ability to influence without authority and quickly build credible, trusted relationships
- Demonstrated cultural and DEI acumen across multiple identities/affinities
- Experience managing/leading ERGs or affinity groups
- Experience leading cross functional initiatives
- Strong communication, project management, analytical, and organizational skills
