Job Description: The Shell Go+ programme is one of the biggest growth drivers and marketing cost centres for Shell UK and global Mobility Marketing. Job Responsibilities: Supporting the operation of the Call centre acting as liaison for the UK loyalty business when required. Driving Go+ acquisition and retention by fulfilling the Paylo yearly plan. The UK Shell Go+ website and its content. Assisting in the development of forecourt promotions, and from time to time, developing forecourt communications campaigns to boost Loyalty performance and achieve strategic goals Assisting the Paylo team lead in running the Go+ CRM programme, including management of the Business as usual cyclical communications and Ad Hoc CRM campaigns and projects. Working with CR team to bring suppliers into Go+ Helping find ways to motivate station colleagues to drive Go+ success. Monitoring performance against targets and working with our external agency and global teams to identify opportunities to continually improve the performance of the programme. Ensuring good communication of programme mechanics and campaign details to Retailers / Dealers. Working with key stakeholders within the wider marketing team to fulfil cross-promotions with Vpower, NFR or alliance partners, such as Waitrose. Assisting in the management of Go+ asset production - cards, leaflets etc. Assisting in the management of the relationship with our 3rd party CRM provider - Wunderman. Job Requirements: Able to manage multiple 3rd party agencies. Manage contracts and internal stakeholders. Thorough understanding of loyalty mechanics and drivers. Passionate about customer experience and able to overcome barriers to deliver a better experience. IT confident; Familiar with Database management; Able to understand data Capture and processing flows for our complex systems. Able to manage website content. Ability to interpret data and generate customer insights. Understanding of segmentation and its use. Previous loyalty programme experience required. Assist in the development of 3rd party promotions/communications. Excellent communicator.
