Job Description:

The Procurement Operations Analyst will support the delivery of a robust procurement framework to our stakeholders and work collaboratively with our captive execution partner, Aquanima, to ensure complementary activities across both areas resulting in increasing procurement maturity and business value. This role will act as a support to the Category excellence lead in the identification of process optimisation, and co-create the automation of these where possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring robust service delivery mechanisms are in place and appropriately adhered to
• Providing user support and training with systems and processes involved in the utilisation of cost budget.
• Co-creating systems to increase efficiency
• Understanding in depth the end-to-end cost process and assisting the user by guiding them through requirements
• Supporting stakeholders in understanding the end-to-end process for their business unit

Job Requirements:

• Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
• Excellent understanding of cost and the drivers of this in financial services
• Ability to interpret and evaluate information
• Experience of process automation, using power apps or RPA.
• Experience of data analysis using VBA, Power BI, SQL or equivalent tooling.
• Ability to manage multiple, conflicting interests and deadlines.
