Job Description: This is a financial analyst position in RCI Finance. The analyst will support the shoreside management teams in effectively managing their budgets. This person must coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize relevant information to create budgets and forecasts. The analyst maintains continuous contact with operating groups and keeps current on business developments and data trends and incorporates any changes into the forecast. Job Responsibilities: Performs ad-hoc analysis and presentations as needed. Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management. Prepares month-end journal entries, including re-classes, accruals and prepaid entries Prepares monthly forecasts and annual budgets for specific expense accounts Develops and maintains monthly reports for operating teams and shipboard management teams Analyzes month-end variances and submits explanations to accounting Performs other duties as required.
