Job Description: The Content Production Manager is responsible, with his or her supervisor, for creating content (written, video, audio) aligned with the Rabo AgriFinance brand standards for internal and external communications and marketing. Job Responsibilities: Actively identify incidents outside of established policies & procedures and report to management immediately. Provide strategic consultation to other Marketing/Communications team members on the use of multimedia content in social media, advertising, digital channels and tradeshow applications Collaborate with internal colleagues and external resources to storyboard and conceptualize video and graphic design projects Comply with code of conduct & Bank policies/procedures. Produce video content for external and internal audiences delivered across multiple platforms including websites, social media channels and email applications Working closely with Internal Communications Manager and VP, Communications, write journalistic content for internal communications for rural and regional audiences Understand & comply with all RAF & Rabobank anti-money laundering (AML), compliance, and all other applicable laws, including, but not limited to, the completion of all required AML & Sanctions training. Complete all mandatory training within a timely basis, as instructed. Job Requirements: Basic video skills – storyboarding, lighting compositions Excellent oral and written communication skills Basic graphic design skills 5-7 years of experience in producing content for digital platform or similar BS/BA in journalism, ag journalism, marketing, communications or related degree Ability to conceptualize a story from start to finish, including determining the most effective way to present the information, whether in video or written form Basic audio production skills Agriculture industry experience Occasional travel to other RAF or Rabobank offices and client locations expected Job Details: Company: Rabobank Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Chesterfield, MO, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.net
