Job Description: Responsible for the completion of various tasks associated with the insurance agency and other administrative duties that may be delegated by the vice president and ensures their completion in a highly efficient and accurate manner. Job Responsibilities: Comply with code of conduct and Bank policies/ procedures Provides support to the insurance agents with the handling of various functions associated with the day-to-day operations of the insurance agency. Input required information into insurance company computer system and generates required reports. Must be familiar with and comply with laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures that are applicable to required job duties. Understands and complies with all RAF and Rabobank anti-money laundering, compliance, and all other applicable laws. Performs clerical duties related to data entry, filing, scanning, copying and other such tasks with regard to insurance department functions. Receives telephone calls and messages from insurance customers and companies regarding insurance related matters. Actively identify incidents outside of established policies and procedures and report to management immediately Actively and consistently demonstrate applicable Rabobank Culture initiatives and commitments. Understands and complies with all RAF and Rabobank anti-money laundering, compliance, and all other applicable laws. Job Requirements: High school diploma with 3 years related experience/training. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Must have data entry/computer skills. Ability to keep organized and prioritizes work tasks. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Associates Degree with 1-year experience/training Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
