Job Description:

The Business Analyst position resides in the Finance domain. The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides the Finance and Treasury departments with all business management support that is required to perform their duties in the most effective way. The Business Manager is to develop a strong partnership with the various North American businesses. He/she must therefore possess strong inter-personal skills with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with the main stakeholders. He/she should be adaptable and flexible in dealing with company and market changes. He/she should be able to anticipate and plan for a rapidly changing internal and external market environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the annual review of desk policies and procedures are completed
• Monitors and reports on Operational Risk Incidents and Self-identified Findings
• Act as the Finance and Treasury Control Partner/Champion for Compliance, Operational Risk and information security
• Business Continuity Planning for both Finance and Treasury departments
• Manage Finance vendor relationships, a.o. KPMG, PWC, E&Y, Tagetik
• Monitor outstanding MRIA/MRA and Audit observations, support closing and assist in exam preparation
• Provide analytical support with regards to the setting and monitoring of the Finance and
• Treasury Costs/budgets and Key Performance Indicators
• Support the Finance and Treasury departments in drafting presentations to internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Outstanding proficiency with MS office suite
• Familiarity with Finance environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in financial or target industry
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge of accounting and budget tracking
