Job Description:

Based in New York, this is a senior marketing role responsible for managing 3 direct reports. You will be responsible for managing the planning of Marketing Campaigns (including B2B & B2C activities) within the Americas region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of all B2B & B2C campaigns / activities.
  • Establish, communicate and plan end to end B2B and B2C campaign timelines and deliverables with various stakeholders from planning campaign objectives, budget proposal, creative assets development proposal, post campaign, calendar and tracking reports.
  • Monitor the performance of all B2B and B2C campaigns deployed across channels including offline marketing channels and digital paid, owned and earned
  • Work with the Digital and Marketing Operations Manager to plan and monitor channel performance with the help of comprehensive dashboards and performance tracking tools and take relevant actions to ensure the assigned regions / stations will achieve the objectives and KPIs for all B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Work with the Digital & Marketing Operations Manager and Key Stakeholders to design and develop core campaign processes and requirements (during pre-campaign planning phase) which facilitates scalability and efficiency of all B2B and B2C campaigns to support collaboration and communication among the Digital & Marketing Operations team (implementation phase).
  • Responsible for end to end campaign management
  • Monitor closely the day to day Marketing Campaigns of the assigned region ensuring that the team is aligned with the established processes and timelines and provides regular tracking and reports to the leadership teams in the Regions and Head Office.
  • Liaise and work with Sales Teams to incorporate feedback and requirements while planning B2B and B2C campaigns objectives
  • Manage and plan the Regional campaign requirements / objectives, and provide regionalised inputs and local insights to ensure relevance to the market context
  • Ensure best use of the assigned Marketing budget in the most cost efficient way to achieve the agreed B2B and B2C campaign KPIs and budget to deliver best commercial performance.
  • Work with the Manager Digital & Marketing to develop and plan strategic brand B2B and B2C initiatives for the Americas region.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years directly managing teams with a proven track record of employee development and performance.
  • Strong digital experience
  • Experience in corporate business acquisition, partnerships and loyalty marketing
  • Ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing, Communications or a relevant field
  • A minimum of 6 years’ direct marketing and digital roles with strategic and hands on management style, prefer aviation, hospitality, transportation, or automotive background experience.
