Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain contact with the EBT representatives and share actions and results
- Point of contact and advisor in the field of human resources for all our managers and employees
- Responsible for the administration and staff reporting
- Supervise dismissal and absenteeism processes
- Attending meetings
- Maintain contact with trade unions and industry associations to keep abreast of developments and trends
- Work on our strategy for equality, justice and anti-racism through policies and activities related to people and culture
- Manage and analyze absenteeism data and implement actions to improve well-being and reduce absenteeism
- Mediate in conflict discussions and conflict regulation
- Regularly share updates with managers about absenteeism and employability. Implement new ideas and action plans
- Recognize strategic needs regarding personnel policy and convert these into applicable policy
- Monitor the correct application of laws and regulations within the company
- Responsible for running the human resources within Lush Netherlands
- Facilitate and provide the right tools and training to help the further development of our teams
Job Requirements:
- Ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism
- At least 3 years of HR Management experience, preferably in the apparel/retail sector
- Passionate about engaging and empowering employees and creating a work environment that is diverse, inclusive and equal to all
- Excellent working knowledge of Dutch labour law, GDPR, employee relations, compensation and benefits, social security laws, work permits and working regulations
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Flexible to change
- Master’s Degree in HR and/or Business
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Ability to deliver recommendations and presentations
- Capable of streamlining and improving processes and troubleshooting
- Initiative and conscientious
