Job Responsibilities: Maintain contact with the EBT representatives and share actions and results Point of contact and advisor in the field of human resources for all our managers and employees Responsible for the administration and staff reporting Supervise dismissal and absenteeism processes Attending meetings Maintain contact with trade unions and industry associations to keep abreast of developments and trends Work on our strategy for equality, justice and anti-racism through policies and activities related to people and culture Manage and analyze absenteeism data and implement actions to improve well-being and reduce absenteeism Mediate in conflict discussions and conflict regulation Regularly share updates with managers about absenteeism and employability.
