Job Responsibilities: Assist with new product innovation photoshoots, helping consolidate briefs, products and formula needs for agencies Assist in preparation for team/brand meetings, including bi-yearly trends presentation to CEO Kickoff new project Magellan briefs and create new product hierarchy codes in COSMO Pull competitive data to support launch sizing, pricing, dimensioning etc. Create and Track DPM ensuring the right set up for international and US Support product ideation and development of our new launches and innovations. Propose need gaps based on analysis, help generate ideas and write creative concepts for new products.
