Job Description: We are seeking an organised Facilities Assistant with great attention to detail and communication skills to join our Facilities Management Team. The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for the management of property maintenance systems for the country. They will be the main point of contact between our German International Head Office and each of our four regional teams across Ireland. They will provide training and support to the regions on FM systems. They will also be responsible for data analysis, administration, preparing purchase order numbers, checking invoices and approving payments. Job Responsibilities: Management of the emergency on call maintenance phone and documentation pack Main point of contact for FM systems between Lidl International, regional Portfolio & Facilities colleagues and Head Office departments Data Analysis - creating & updating dashboards and reports to track FM KPIs Facilities cost analysis Administration - compiling presentations, invoice contents check Providing training & support to regional colleagues on FM systems Key user of a property maintenance system .
