Job Description: The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in digital technologies with the ability to manage strategic programs from end-to-end, leading engagements across teams and driving collaborative partnerships. The role will be part of Juniper Marketing’s Data & Technology team and the individual will work closely with product owners, scrum masters, UX/UI designers, IT, and data scientists to deliver optimal experiences. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for overall delivery of digital initiatives through program management of all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, communication, risk assessment, and resources. Ensure alignment through business and technical requirements documentation, developer documentation, project plans, and meeting minutes Establish clear priorities for engineers delivering innovative experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Hold teams accountable to achieve quality, stability, security, and performance standards for Juniper digital properties Effectively influence without authority, through engagements with senior stakeholders in other teams and departments Manage vendor relationships, ensuring delivery to Juniper standards and value achievement Lead meetings involving cross functional teams, always staying engaged and keeping the conversation on-track Create and present reports to kick off programs, rally a team around a shared mission, and track status Be a key contributor to Juniper’s digital roadmap Guide developers, engineers, and analysts through every stage of the digital engineering development process (planning, design, development, QA, publishing, localization, user analytics, operations, and more), leveraging agile methodologies. Lead and execute on Juniper’s digital platform vision Identify process and/or team bottlenecks and lead critical conversations around removing impediments Address internal escalations through problem solving sessions, which may involve analyzing logs, code, integrations, and technical requirements, to ensure timely delivery of projects. Architect and develop innovative ways to engage and excite visitors on the Juniper website Engage product owners and stakeholders throughout Juniper to understand user and business requirements for the website and related digital properties/technologies Job Requirements: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Expertise with core web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Understanding of basic web debugging/analysis tools and underlying web technologies like HTTPS and DNS Experience with chat technology such as SalesForce Einstein and Drift Familiarity with best practices in software engineering such as design patterns Experience with other Content Management Systems including OpenText TeamSite Experience with e-commerce and headless technology Expertise in agile methodologies like Scrum, as a Project/Program lead and/or Scrum Master Strong focus on customer requirements, both internal and external Strong technical background in software engineering processes from end-to-end Experience managing strategic programs leveraging technical teams and resources in an Enterprise environment, preferably for a technology company Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field Experience managing product development workflows – e.g. Kanban boards, Jira, etc. Excellent communication skills, including the creation of reports and their presentation Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices such as agile methods, code reviews, test-driven design, etc. Qualification & Experience: Experience with Content Management Systems and web publishing technologies, especially Adobe Experience Manager Job Details: Company: Juniper Networks Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: San Francisco, CA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.net
