Job Responsibilities: For new leases, prepare, negotiate, manage the executions and mailing process. Also prepare memorandum of lease and the SNDA for public recording (and record such). Upon receipt of deal terms, promptly prepare amendments, extensions, and similar documents. Work with legal counsel, real estate director, and landlords when negotiating and revising these real estate documents. Upon Landlord’s request, prepare estoppels and SNDAs for their lenders. Job Requirements: Experience Preferred: Hands-on contributor to a nationally recognized law firm, major, corporation, or retailer. Experience Minimum: 6+ years Real estate leasing, writing, and negotiation experience. Must be extremely organized and work well in a team. Education Minimum: Associate degree or equivalent amount of post- Degree secondary education in Legal, Real Estate, or related field Education Preferred: Bachelor degree or paralegal certificate from ABA certified program.
