Job Description:

Our multi-disciplined teams include: DevOps engineers, IT architects, front and back end developers, infrastructure specialists, cyber experts, as well as project and programme managers. We work in small, agile DevOps teams with colleagues around the world from our offices at the Bluefin Building in Southwark, our global headquarters in Canary Wharf, and multiple other locations around the UK including Sheffield, Leeds, Barnsley and Birmingham.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Lead Portfolio Architect will critically review and approve designs from other Architects, ensuring the designs meet the business strategy and the overall Technology strategy.
• Supporting the migration of applications to modern architectures in line with the Technology Strategy
• Delivering new IT services, exploiting current technologies
• The primary purpose of the role is to deliver Architecture, Strategy and Designs to meet the business requirements.
• Delivering end to end technical designs, to meet Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
• The Lead Portfolio Architect will also be expected to play a contributing role in the development of the Architecture Practice, including governance, standards, training and tooling.

• Leadership through collaboration across diverse teams
• With an appetite for learning new technologies quickly, you are happy working on deep technical problems, collaborating with subject matter experts to agree solutions.
• Detailed technology reviews, culminating in business case and exec-level presentation
• Portfolio architecture (ideally across Application, Infrastructure & Cloud, Security and Data)
