Job Description:
This role will be within the Business Consulting team that is expected to support design and development of strategies, statistical, financial and judgment based models through the usage of customer /operational data and application of statistical tools and techniques as necessary in order to enhance business decision making. This will could be achieved through various approach, for e.g.: insights through exploratory analyses, secondary or qualitative research. The incumbent would be required to support various group entities and business geographies, as required within the GCCB touch points.
Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to develop and deploy WFM reporting and analysis and support tool administrative pieces on new MI platforms being introduced in GCCB and shall also support business insights provisioning.
- This analytical model supported via CCDR and front-end supported by technology (Python, Qlik Sense, ACT, etc.). these insights & reports should provide analytical feeds that rolling to classic reporting structure of WFM Service Reporting to all WPB CC markets supported
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge on SQL is required
- Expertise in VBA (preferred) and QlikSense (must)
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success
- Hand-on experience in Python on process streamlining and text mining are required
- 2-4 years of experience with graduation in numeric stream preferable.
- Expertise in MS Office tools for creating analytical dashboards and decks is required
- Exhibit Strong written & verbal communication skills & also expected to have strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge on Contact Centre metrics will be preferred
