Job Description:
As a QMS Implementation Consultant (Delivery Consultant), you will support all phases of product implementation. This includes analyzing and documenting customer business requirements and configuring and installing software at client sites. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a new team working with premier accounts. This position will interact with various levels of management and will have great visibility both internally and externally.
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with MS Office Outlook, Word, Visio and Excel
- Experience with other tracking software systems, document management systems or other quality management software tools (i.e. ERP, MES, EDMS and QMS).
- Experience with implementing SAP, Siebel, Documentum, or Live Link is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile process, scrum master certification (CSM) a plus
- Ability to write user stories.
- Sales Force Platform App Builder certification
- Excellent analytical, logical, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of proven experience in an analytical/business/quality systems environment.
- 2+ years of Salesforce
