Job Description:

Our customer communications marketing team are a crucial part of the wider Brand Experience business. You will be responsible for supporting and successfully executing the day to day running of all customer communications. These communications will be delivered via email, direct mail, SMS and social media and will deliver against both customer and business requirements delivering the Harrods message, consistently and strategically.

You will be integral in evaluating the performance of the campaigns through IBM Watson reporting, to identify trends and opportunities for future planning, with a focus on maximising customer engagement at a divisional and topline level. You will produce the weekly marketing report and update all other reports as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be innovative, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving success with the wider digital marketing team.
• With an acutely analytical approach, you will confidently monitor channel performance and provide actionable insight to grow the channel.
• You will be a skilled professional with experience working in campaign communications delivering company messaging across a variety of platforms with consistency and precision to ultimately maximise customer engagement.
• The successor of this role will have keen eye for detail and a passion for marking campaigns in the retail industry, capable of delivering seamless customer experience to deadline.

Job Requirements:

• You must be a skilled communicator and be familiar with Email Service Provider tools, IBM Watson or equivalent and have a good understanding of data protection laws.
• Capable of working on a diverse range of campaigns and communications, you will be comfortable multitasking and managing deadlines and requirements in a fast paced environment.
